Abstract
|
|
|
To try to find the best way & method for the improvement in administration of national qualification examination, we started to observe the present system in the national qualification examinations to make them reasonable.
We collected the opinions of professors in school of pharmacy for survey, and organized them to know current situation.
The results of this survey were the followings:
1. The status for the qualification examination should be changed and developed as soon as possible.
2. Especially the young & junior staffs showed the potent positive opinions for the change.
3. Whenever the overview on questions in bank be done, the new & current should be submitted by the committee members.
4. Being the number of testing item for qualification examination revealed too many to take them for student, this survey showed the necessity of change for the general system.
5. The qualification examination should be divided by different specialty.
6. The evaluation system for pharmacist should include both the current knowledge of applied science and the clinical professional education.
7. The moderate passing rate over the qualification examination would be expected to be decreased by more difficult question than now.
8. Because the equal score(or mark) for 12 items is not understandable, the reasonable score ratio should be established depending on the necessity for option.
